Domestic Violence Action Centre
Since 1994, DVAC has provided support to women and children who have experienced domestic & family violence and sexual assault as well as training and raising awareness to the community.
In Community Inc.
Since 1982, In Community Inc has provided accommodation and support to young people experiencing homelessness in the Ipswich region. They have now expanded their services to assist many other people as risk of homelessness.
Combined Women’s Refuge Group (CWRG)
A body, representing the interest and concerns of the domestic and family violence (D&FV) sector in South East Queensland. CWRG aims to raise public awareness about issues of D&FV experienced by women and their children and to provide a platform for women’s shelters to work towards eliminating all forms of violence against women.
